Day 1 – Madurai to Munnar
Arrive in Madurai and begin your journey with a visit to the famous Meenakshi Amman Temple, followed by local sightseeing. Continue your drive towards Munnar, approximately 165 km / 4.5 hours. On the way and around Munnar, enjoy beautiful attractions including Anayirankal Dam, Chinnakanal Waterfalls, Lockhart Gap View Point, Devikulam Tea & Coffee Plantations and Skyfall View Point. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 2 – Munnar Sightseeing
Spend a full day exploring the scenic beauty of Munnar. Visit the Munnar Rose Garden, Photo Point, Tea Museum, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Elephant View Photo Point, Kundala Dam and Top Station. Enjoy panoramic mountain views, lush tea plantations and the cool climate of this beautiful hill station. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 3 – Munnar To Thekkady
Travel from Munnar to Thekkady, approximately 100 km / 2.5 hours. Explore the region's natural beauty with visits to Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, Periyar Dam, spice plantations and eco-tourism attractions. Depending on availability and choice, you can also enjoy boating, elephant rides and jungle safari. Continue exploring attractions such as Eravikulam National Park, Pothamedu View Point, Attukad Waterfalls, 2nd Mile View Point and Sengulam Dam. Overnight stay in Thekkady.
Day 4 – Thekkady To Alleppey
After completing your local sightseeing, travel from Thekkady to Alleppey, approximately 140 km / 4 hours. Check into your traditional Alleppey houseboat at around 12:00 PM and spend the rest of the day cruising through Kerala's peaceful backwaters. Enjoy the scenic waterways, lush greenery and traditional village landscapes before spending the night on the houseboat. You can also visit Alleppey Beach as part of the day's experience.
Day 5 – Alleppey To Cochin
After checking out from the houseboat, travel to Cochin, approximately 60 km / 2 hours. Explore the city's historic and cultural attractions, including Bolgatty Palace & Island, Fort Kochi, St. Francis Church, Mattancherry Palace and New Town. Later, proceed to Cochin Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station for your onward journey.
