Day 1 – Madurai
Arrive at Madurai Railway Station/Airport and begin your local sightseeing. Visit the magnificent Meenakshi Temple, Alaghar Temple, Palamudhircholai Murugan Temple, Thiruparankundram Murugan Temple, Mariamman Water Tank, Gandhi Museum and Thirumalai Nayakar Palace. Overnight stay in Madurai.
Day 2 – Madurai to Rameswaram
Travel from Madurai to Rameswaram (approximately 180 km / 3 hours). Explore the spiritual and historic attractions of Rameswaram, including Pamban Bridge, Ramanatha Swamy Temple, Ramar Patham, Laxmana Theertham, Kothandaramaswamy Temple, Agni Theertham, Dhanushkodi, Hanuman Temple, Floating Stone and the Abdul Kalam Museum. Overnight stay in Rameswaram.
Day 3 – Rameswaram to Kanyakumari
Start with an early morning Mani Darshan before travelling to Kanyakumari (approximately 320 km / 6.5 hours). On arrival, explore Kanyakumari Temple, Gandhi Museum, Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue, Triveni Sangamam, South Tirupati Balaji Temple and the Wax Museum. Enjoy the famous Kanyakumari sunset. Overnight stay in Kanyakumari.
Day 4 – Kanyakumari to Thiruvananthapuram
Begin the day with a beautiful sunrise view before travelling to Thiruvananthapuram (approximately 120 km / 3 hours). Visit Poovar Backwaters, Kovalam Beach, Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Padmanabhapuram Palace, Thiruvananthapuram Zoo and Attukal Bhagavathy Amman Temple. Overnight stay in Thiruvananthapuram.
Day 5 – Thiruvananthapuram to Alleppey
Travel to Alleppey and check into your traditional houseboat at around 12:00 PM. Spend the day cruising through Kerala's scenic backwaters, surrounded by lush landscapes and peaceful village views. Enjoy an overnight stay on the houseboat.
Day 6 – Alleppey to Thekkady
After checking out from the houseboat, travel to Thekkady. Explore the natural beauty of the region with visits to Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, Periyar Dam, spice plantations and other local attractions. Optional activities such as boating, eco-tourism, elephant rides and jungle safari can be enjoyed at an additional cost. Overnight stay in Thekkady.
Day 7 – Thekkady to Munnar
Continue your journey towards the beautiful hill station of Munnar. Explore Anayirankal Dam, Chinnakanal Waterfalls, Lockhart Gap View Point, Devikulam tea and coffee plantations and Skyfall View Point. Enjoy the cool mountain climate and scenic surroundings. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 8 – Munnar Sightseeing
Spend the day exploring Munnar's famous attractions, including Munnar Rose Garden, Photo Point, Tea Museum, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Elephant View Photo Point, Kundala Dam and Top Station. Take in spectacular views of tea plantations, valleys and mountains before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 9 – Munnar to Cochin
Travel from Munnar to Cochin and enjoy local sightseeing. Explore Bolgatty Palace & Island, Fort Kochi, St. Francis Church, Mattancherry Palace and New Town. Later, proceed to Cochin Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey.
